Section 1 - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using our website (getrevue.ai) and the services therein, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Section 2 - DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
ReVue, LLC. (hereinafter, "ReVue," "us," "we," or "our") provides a service that responds automatically to Google Business Listing reviews using brand-personalized Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Section 3 - USER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
Upon signing up for our service, you agree to provide us with timely access to connect to your account and respond to reviews on your Google Business Listing. Delay in granting access from your end may render ReVue unable to provide timely service. In such cases, refunds or credits will not be automatically granted but may be provided on a case by case basis.
Conversely, should there be any delays in our service due to circumstances within ReVue, we will credit your account accordingly and your subscription renewal date may be extended as compensation.
Section 4 - PRICE & PAYMENT
Our service cost is $49 per month on an automatically renewing subscription. Notification for cancellation of subscription should be given at least 30 days prior to cancellation either through email (billing@getrevue.ai) or via our web portal.
Section 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices of our services are subject to change. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice.
Section 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
You acknowledge and agree that ReVue owns all legal rights, titles, and interests in the Service, including any intellectual property rights. However, you retain full ownership rights to any responses we post on your behalf through our service, and you are free to use this content as you wish.
Section 7 - LIABILITY
Whilst we strive to avoid any interruptions, we cannot guarantee the uninterrupted operation of our services. You agree that you are using our services at your own risk and that we are not responsible for any damage or loss you may suffer as a result of using our service, including but not limited to damage or loss resulting from access to your Google Business Listing.
Section 8 - RESERVE RIGHTS
We reserve the right to discontinue service for any user that requires an unusually high amount of resources.
Section 9 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A., without regard to principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising from or relating to the service or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hudson Oaks, Texas.
